AADI LOADTRONIC 3E Weighing system for excavators |
 AADI LOADTRONIC 3E is a dynamic weighing system; the material in the bucket is weighed as the operator lifts the boom for delivery to e.g. a truck.
The main unit presents the weight of material currently in the bucket, and also the running total weight of material delivered to the truck.
When the operator has completed a delivery, the truck driver can get a receipt if a printer is installed, or by SMS message (optionally);
the truck driver knows the weight of his truck and can easily avoid overload when driving his goods.
The weighing system is very useful both to customer and company as the system keeps track of delivered material to each truck and all the excavator operations which can optimize maintenance of the machine.
Lists of customers, materials, trucks, location as well load lists can be transferred to the office PC using a USB memory stick or a wireless connection.
The files can be viewed and edited in e.g. MS Excel or Notepad. |
